Hi, I am a mongolian. I have B1 visa and visited to the US for 3 times and returned legally. Because I never wanted to live in the US illegally. But now I would like to live in the US for my entire life with my wife and daugther. They don't have visas, though. My visa is still valid. Please advise me the best way to immigrate and live in the US! My wife and I are both holding a bachelor's degree. I am specially very talented with computer software and graphic design. My wife is an English teacher. Our daughter is now 5 years old. So what is the BEST WAY for us to live in the US?

maybe your wife can work on getting her papers first, and when she gets her green card, she can petition you and change your status... plus i believe your daughter can still go to school here... you don't have no connection to someone who can hire you due to your qualifications (or your wives)? Try a state that is low on the ppls in your field. Good luck.

Try the Green Card lottery that open once a year.
Or try to find job in the US base on H-1 visa (you must find company that willing to sponsor you the job the require some special skill and degree, that I believe you must at least have bachelor degree, which US graduate are more preferable).
Usually after 1-2 years period of H-1 (or you achieve some certain requirement, you could ask you company to sponsor a green card for you).
Or you could apply for asylum.

You have a very important answer and this is not a forum for such. Most people will give you answers such as the ones you see here. Check with the US Dpt. Of Immigration. They have a web site where you can get a good amount of info. Also you could make an on-line appointment to get answer to your questions. It is not an easy process. Good luck! Sincerely.

The only way I see you getting a green card is if you marry an American girl. otherwise - your out of luck, or your waiting for 3 years.

Dont come over here illegally!!!

Go to Mexico, swim across the Rio Grande. You don't need no stinkin' green card.

That's really good that you are trying to be legal. When you are here legal I say welcome. I don't know to do it.
