problem with talking to my girlfriend on the phone?

I have a long distance relationship with a girl im crazy about. (PLease i dont want this to be a place were people tell me long distance relationships dont work ive heard it enought) Anyway when i talking on the phone which we do almost every night i have 2 minor problems.

1. Shes not much of a talker on the phone but this dosent bother me to much anyway when it comes time that we both have pretty much talked about everything that happened in our day i find it hard to get off the phone and really have probelms closing the conversation.

2. Whenevery we talk through a text message or on AOL i find it easy to tell her how i feel and how much i miss her and she does the same, however when were on the phone i have a problem opening up and doing the same.

Any help that anyone has is appreciated

Imagine that you're texting her and just say the things that you would automatically write to her. Don't second guess yourself when you say something out loud. Eventually it will be easy for you, it just takes time.

I've done the long distance thing b4 2 n it did work for a while. i had tha same kinda problems. for tha first one i think u should jus tell her that u have somethin u need 2 do like take a shower or get 2 bed or nething.. n for tha second one i so agree wit u!! that is really hard. u jus have 2 go 4 it since she already knoes how u feel through the texting. it will get easier wit time

do you know we have the same problem?
i'm more comfortable expressing myself in a conversation done thru txt messages rather than in person or thru voice calls.
i don't know why it's so hard for me to do such, maybe because i'm shy or uncomfortable...

you just need to have the guts to tell her how you feel. i know it's hard to expose much of what you feel but it will payoff eventually.

well..... u have obvious communicative probablems... um. well... can u tell her how u feel about her easily on the phone. That happens..... maybe u shud talk this over with ur gf so both of u rn't so.... nervous.

I suggest that you stop talking to her on the phone if you have a problem.

just tell her how you feel. she probably doesn't mind that you want to talk on a computer..she might like it even better!
