my favorite car is the '67 Shelby GT500 but...at $500,000 its not gonna happen. i want a car that fast and fun but, i also want a car thats somewhat cheap

I've always loved the 60's era Mustangs. My favorite Mustang is the 1966 Shelby GT350. If you're looking for a Mustang, you could always buy a "Plane Jane" 67 Mustang with a straight six and fix it up to your liking. You could even make your own "67 GT500" with the right parts.

Brand new? Look at the new Chrysler Sebring or Ford Mustang.

Used? Try a Dodge Stratus. Excellent reliabilty record.

You really want a fast car when gas prices are they always going up. Buy one you can afford that wont kill your wallet.
