to help your hair grow back im 15 and i have long thick hair and recently because of braids and twisting and other styles my hair as started to break off and this weekend i plan on going to get my hair washed and my ends clipped so that should help alot because i'm way due for that. But um yea if you know anything good please let me know by the way the product has to be able to be purchased by a person under the ageof 18 and doesn't require you to have a beauty license although i know people that fit these requirements i don't like to ask them favors

I'm so sorry about your hair! I am a hairdresser and i know of no "product" that will magically produce hair growth...Best thing to do, shampoo as infrequently as possible without offending close friends and family members!! Sometimes i shampoo without shampoo and use conditioner instead to keep natural oils in the hair to keep it from getting brittle. Use shampoo and conditioner for your hair type, massage the scalp to keep healthy circulation. Use a protein treatment for strength-Sallys has some good ones and you can ask the people who work there for help. Dont overdo it on the protein. Once every 2 weeks is usually enough. (too much may make the hair brittle-go figure) Best of luck!!

Darling must keeping it washed and deep conditioned will be a great help. Try to not use a lot of heat on your hair and not to wear hair styles with a lot of tension like twist, pony tails and the like more than 3 times a week.

Try not to treat your hair like some sort of sculpture and instead regard it as a temple. All those styles will eventually catch up to you.
