I weigh 155 pounds, I am 5 feet 2 inches.
i do light exercises: i walk ten flights of stairs a day and I walk ten blocks a day. How many calories does my body burn a day in order to function, and also being a light exerciser, with the stairs and walking.

You could burn as many as 1200-1500. a lot depends on how fast your body burns calories. Everyone is different. also the number of times you walk those ten flights of stairs.

It probably burns around two hundred and fifty calories. The average woman depending on age of coarse and assuming your are in your mid thirties would burn around one thousand five hundred calories a day take or add two hundred calories depending on the age variance.
