I am trying to install Kings Quest 5 on an XP computer. I've got everything else working so far, all the resolution, color, and sound settings are compatible. There's only one problem. In the game, there is a cursor with multiple functions. But instead of a cursor, I get a tiny black dot, not even visible on the screen. It's operational, it does do all the functions, but I can't see it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

One more thing, if I install it to the computer, it doesn't work, it says I need different drivers. But if I boot from the cd, it works, but when I tried compatibility mode with it booting from the disk it wouldn't work.

right clic on the the program file and choose to make compatible wtih win 95
