There's no mechanism to this. He just is attracted to you and that's all, He just never matured yet. When a girl said no, it means no. When a girl says no to me when I ask her out, I wouldn't talk to her again. I wouldn;t mind staying friends with her still though. Actually, I'll still talk to her but won't bring "me asking her out" topic ever again.

As pinky said, we want what we can't have. Think about it - have you ever had the hots for a guy who just wasn't into you? It just made you want him that much more, didn't it? Same thing with guys.

guys like the chase..... they like to get what they cant have, its why we have competitions these days they are fulled by me and wanting to get what they cant have..... sitck to your guys cuse after tey have conqured you they will move on to somethink else to conquer.
