Don't play with fire, sweetie.
Oxy is one powerful drug, and only a few chemical processes from heroin. It is highly addictive, and withdrawal can make you very ill.
Pklease see a doctor...you may need physical therapy, or an MRI/CAT scan to see what's really going on.

You need to be asking your doctor about this.
Not only taking a Pain Killer for this is highly addictive, and sooner or later you will get immune to 30 mgs, you need to ask for an anti-inflammatory medication, and get into physical therapy.

Talk with your doctor, you can also talk with the doc about getting pain patches. Fentanol is the med in them. It is strong, there are different strengths of patches. My husband had horrible pain and was on them, they worked like magic, continual pain relief. He would also take vicodin for breakthrough pain relief. Good luck you have my sympathy
