Ok here's the scoop! The ingredient in the coffee is call NOPAL and is simply prickly pear plant that grows all over the south west is suppose to block the intestine from absorbing sugars while the caffine in the coffee revs you up with energy. Personally I'm going to save my money and wait and see. It sounds like another diet scam.
