All of a sudden the toolbar quite working. It shows in my right click in IE 6.0 but is greyed out and will not let me select. Is there any other solution other than what Yahoo help gave me, as their suggestions are not working.

Perhaps if you would update your Internet Explorer to the latest version 7.1 you may resolve the problem. IE 6.0 is quite an old version.

The link is below: (copy & paste the link). Not necessary to remove your IE6. The new update will overwrite all files related to IE 7.1

Yahoo help is a total waste of time. I don't think that they even know how to read english. Or for sure they out-sourced their help to some country in Asia where the labor is cheap.
