Hair grows about 1/2 inch a month. Hair grows constantly, but at such a slow rate it cannot be noticed. Fingernails grow about 1/4 inch every month.

they say that it grows a quarter to a half an inch each month, depending on the person. but you shed 100 hairs every day, give or take 25, so if you are a fast sheder and a slow grower you will have problems growing your hair
