As in John Doe Jr., his initials would be JDJ.

Im fully aware if he has a middle name that it would be included in the initials as well. Thats not the question einstein!

no... Jr. is not the middle name. What was his Daddy's middle name, and that will be his too, Einstein. So, for example: John Henry Doe, Sr. and John Henry Doe, Jr. in which case the initials would be J.H.D.

I am a Jr. and I have always used my (J) in my initials. So I guess JDJ would be fine.
