A@@*$!#@ My boss is so mean to everyone. Just a complete jackass. What makes a person act like this? We work construction and I know its a little tuff sometimes but he treats everybody like S@#T. I ma a nice person and still get all of my work done. What do you think is wrong with him?

Try IM-ing him and let him know what you think. Or if he has a 360 page, just post a message that you want something changed. I have seen this work before, literally. HA

Lots and lots of stress! You need to take care of him(if you know what I mean). He will get better, lighten up, and maybe even get you a new car.
