If you are asking if it's ok for you to give flowers to a man on a blind date,thats a bit much.But if you are asking if it's ok for the man to bring flowers to you, that would be a nice jesture as long as it's not a huge expensive bouquett.Maybe just a small bunch of wild flowers,or a single rose.But if someone starts with a big production of flowers when you don't even know each other,then that's moving way to fast.
