We know each othe from school and we flirt a lot but how do i tell him i want to move our relationship to the next level?

Are you sure he feels the same way?
Be very careful in these situations, for, if he feels the same way about you, and neither of you make the initial move to the next level, your friendship will eventually degrade into a "cold shoulder" type of thing.
The best, and only way to approach this, is to ask him straight out, "be honest with me, do you have feelings towards me that are anything more than a friend?" Its not a question that will offend him, and assuming hes an open guy, he'll happily be honest with you.
You simply have to express how you feel directly, Do not imply, for he may never get the message your trying to convey.

I've been on that case before! In fact, I didn't do anything. We just went on having a "Pseudo-Relationship". But you know what, he grabbed away from me.
If I were you, do something quick before its too late.
Just take the urge or if you're shy, just give him a hint.

I've thought about just saying it I've thought about just writing him another letter and being more hey give me an answer back this time....but I don't know but I'm getting so tired of missing him between seeing him.

ask him on a date. in my experience boys love the boldness of being asked out. its a break for them too! take him out somewhere and at the end just say: I had fun tonight and I really think we have something. How would u feel about just seeing eachother?
