If a muslim dies, someone will purify their body for them regarless if they have wudu or not. but it is recommended for us to have wudu at all times becayse we never know when we may be called home.
Its up to Allah to say who makes it to Jannah (heven) or the hell fire

I think you should ask, if muslim died by killing innocent people like children, old people, disabled, or any other human, can he/she go to heaven. Muslims first should think of their image in the world rather stupid issues like clean or unclean body. Every religion is changing from bad to good by identifying malfunctions in their religion but people making Islam from good to bad.
So I'd say rather than cleanliness your doings matters for going to heaven or hell. Our body is just hard mass but internal thing is more important. So it'd be better if muslim or any human purify oneself from inside for going to heaven rather just a body.

I always laugh when i read rationalist999's answers, after whynotaskdon he or she is probably the dumbest person on here. No touching a pig before death does not mean anything, since bodies are washed before burial, and even if they are not, it doesnt mean anything, since being a muwahhid is the most essential thing (someone who believes in tawheed, pure monotheism)

you cant judge a muslim of going to heaven or hell just by dieing unclean. its only in Gods knowledge who goes to heaven or hell either muslim or nonmuslim. and by the way..when a muslim dies, they are cleaned and purified before being put in the grave even if he/she touched a dead animal or whatever and Allah knows best.

No Muslims cannot get into heaven, because Heaven is full of christians and living with a bunch of alcoholic pork eating christians is a devout muslims idea of hell,

Shirk (polytheism) is an absolutely unpardonable sin. All other sins, how many and how grave they may be, can be forgiven by God Allah. He will pardon them if He likes and send the sinful persons straight to paradise, or keep them for a while in Hell and then shift them to paradise. In any case, the punishment of Hell will not be eternal for them, as it is for the Mushriks (polytheist).

According to my understanding, as long as that person is a muslim, as long as he believes in one god Allah Almighty, as long as he believes in syahadah, as long as he/she doesn't go against the teachings of Allah, he/she will go to heaven one day, insya Allah. But still, they may or may not have to 'pay back' for the sins that they have done in this world though, depending on Allah's judgement.
From the Holy Quran:
'If any do deeds of righteousness,- be they male or female - and have faith, they will enter Heaven, and not the least injustice will be done to them. ' ~ [4:124]

I'm sure that it would not prevent a good person from getting into Heaven. What matters most in religion is dedication and belief. We aren't perfect, so we simply have to do our best.

When a Muslim is responsible for doing something, he can be asked if he/she has the ability to do it, but if he/she unable fot a sound reason, God counts just on ability.
