About 25 years ago, I hit someone who suddenly stopped to turn into a parking lot. It was my fault, I told the insurance it was my fault. And I assumed they would pay and raise my rates. But I was talking to the person a couple months later and found they hadn't done anything! So I called them up and chewed them out. A while later we changed companies.

No. No one has ever had a problem with them.
Yes it is easy.
They pay claims as if they made money by giving it away.
