Probably. I suspect that it has three center-tapped windings; use an ohmmeter to check. If so, for now ignore the center taps: tape and store them. Suppose that you connect the outside of the ends of the windings Y-style. The motor should run in one direction. If you reverse all the windings, it should run the other way.

Yes. A 9 lead motor is usually a dual voltage motor and can be wired for either 208/220 or 480 volt. The wiring options should be on the inside cover of the junction box on the motor. You would only have to reverse the leads on two of the 3 phases to reverse the direction of the motor.
