Most dogs are full grown at 12 months. Some smaller breeds, such as Chihuahuas or Shitzus, are full grown at 10 months, while larger breeds, such as Labs and Mastiffs, are full grown closer to 18 months of age. Being that coton de tulears are smaller breeds, I would assume they will reach their full size at 10-12 months.

This is a very easy question - Unfortunately there are several different answers - Allow me to explain - a dogs physical height is usually fully grown between 12 and 18 months, however a dogs weight is not level until the dog is at least 2 years old, you see some dogs once they reach 18 months, will take the next 6 months for their bodies to fill out. their chest area will add additional muscle as well as their back thighs.

One other note - different breeds of dogs mature at different rates, cottons are fully mature psychologically between 2 and 3 years of age.

I hope this information is helpful to you - good luck with your Cotton. Don't forget to pick up a special dog shampoo that is specially formulated for dogs with white coats - check out
