I always feel so healthy when I eat them but I wind up going back to peanut butter captain crunch.

Eat grapenuts by adding it to oatmeal or yogurt. Or adding lots of fruit to the bowl of grapenuts. Just plain grapenuts are awful.

Not I. But the health-concious must eat healthy cereals like that. I would like the chocolate-coated sugar bombs Calvin (& Hobbes) eats, but there is a Grapenuts box in my cupboard right now nagging me....

A good thing to do is mix up your healthy cereals. I'll buy some Kashi, Grapenuts, etc. and eat a different type every day. Mix it up a bit.

I like grapenuts but I haven't eaten it for years.....peanut butter captain crunch has too much sugar. You must be a sweet tooth. Try putting honey on your grapenuts. You may like that.

I like Grape Nuts now and again. Usually by the time I finish a small box, I'm sick of picking grapenuts out of my teeth all day. >:-/
