***why are people always putting down GOD and JESUS? ***

Maybe it has to do with what folks are reading in the book. I'm sure the following example
would turn folks off a bit.

Luke 19:26-28

" He replied, 'I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away. But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them bring them here and kill them in front of me." After Jesus had said this, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.

(Sounds just like theft and murder to me.)

Have a blessed day.

"Even now, people refuse to have faith in God and say there is not any evidence." - there is not any evidence of God. "I inform you, whether God/Jesus seems interior the sky, many won't persist with him." - What place are you in to make a declare like that? after all, no, probable no longer right this moment. Forgive me for being a skeptic. And besides, who's to assert that this is YOUR particular deity? it ought to ok be somebody else's, or one that hasn't even been concept-approximately yet. "in actuality, they are going to be unhappy that God actual exists and need God isn't actual." - Pascal's guess is a pitiful argument, no remember the style you attempt to spin it. "unbelievers continuously say "Why did no longer God provide up this or if God existed, he could have stopped it"" - I swear, is making unbased assumptions your well-liked interest or some thing? I say no such element. I say "there is basically some undesirable events which could ensue on your life which you would be able to no longer learn some thing from." no longer something in that is composed of God. "yet while stable issues ensue, you does not want God to intervene and declare you haven't any longer have been given any want of God." - If some thing stable occurs, why could God ought to intervene in any respect? in actuality, what's the factor in claiming that God did some thing stable if he enables the undesirable besides? If he enables one, he enables the different, and he's basically as to blame for the two. That, or you purely like making pointless statements. "the perfect rationalization is that God created the universe." - No, it rather is rather no longer. it rather is an charm to lack of expertise, a controversy from very own incredulity, and a God of the Gaps fallacy. no longer purely that, yet non secular Muslims will inform you that the perfect rationalization replaced into that Allah made the universe. "enable's all circulate to Jesus for salvation!!" - And on the top of your incorrect rant, you end with yet another unbased assumption and an charm to reason, yet another logical fallacy. All in all, you nevertheless FAIL. yet you're probable basically going to forget approximately approximately my submit and supply BA to somebody which you settle with, precise? meaning that I basically wasted the final 10 minutes typing this as much as a individual who effectively likes listening to themselves talk.

Paul Harvey says:

I don't believe in Santa Claus, but I'm not going to sue
somebody for singing a Ho-Ho-Ho song in December. I
don't agree with Darwin, but I didn't go out and hire a
lawyer when my high school teacher taught his theory
of evolution.

Life, liberty or your pursuit of happiness will not be
endangered because someone says a 30-second prayer
before a football game.

So what's the big deal? It's not like somebody is up there
Reading the entire book of Acts. They're just ta lking to a
God they believe in and asking him to grant safety to the
Players on the field and the fans going home from the game.

But it's a Christian prayer, some will argue.

Yes, and this is the United States of America, a country
Founded on Christian principles. According to our very
own phone book, Christian churches outnumber all others
Better than 200-to-1. So what would you expect-somebody
Chanting Hare Krishna?

If I went to a football game in Jerusalem,
I would expect to hear a Jewish prayer.

If I went to a soccer game in Baghdad,
I would expect to hear a Muslim prayer.

If I went to a ping pong match in China,
I would expect to hear someone pray to Buddha.

And I wouldn't be offended.
It wouldn't bother me one bit.
When in Rome .

But what about the atheists? is another argument.

What about them?
Nobody is asking them to be baptized. We're not going to
pass the collection plate. Just humor us for 30 seconds. If
that's asking too much, bring a Walkman or a pair of ear
plugs. Go to the bathroom. Visit the concession stand.
Call your lawyer!

Unfortunately, one or two will make that call. One or
two will tell thousands what they can and cannot do.
I don't think a short prayer at a football game is
going to shake the world's foundations.

Christians ar e just sick and tired of turning the other
cheek while our courts strip us of all our rights. Our
parents and grandparents taught us to pray before
eating; to pray before we go to sleep.

Our Bible tells us to pray without ceasing. Now a
handful of people and their lawyers are telling us
to cease praying.

God, help us.
And if that last sentence offends you,
well .. just sue me.

The silent majority has been silent too long.. It's time we
let that one or two who scream loud enough to be heard
that the vast majority don't care what they want. It
is time the majority rules! It's time we tell them, you don't
have to pray; you don't have to say the pledge of allegiance;
you don't have to believe in God or attend services that
honor Him. That is your right, and we will honor your
right.. But by golly, you are no longer going to take our
rights away. We are fighting back . ..
and we WILL WIN!

God bless us one and all ... especially those who denounce
Him. God bless America, despite all her faults. She is still
the greatest nation of all.

God bless our service men who are fighting to protect
our right to pray and worship God.

May 2006 be the year the silent majority is heard
and we put God back as the foundation of our
families and institutions.

Keep looking up.

It's not possible to "put down" or otherwise offend someone who doesn't exist.

As for "evil," what evidence do you have of its existence, let alone its influence on anyone's life?

If you mean that it's more difficult to keep the faith these days, forgive me for reminding you that faith is supposed to be difficult.

Because now they have no covering for their sins. John 15:22-25

22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.

23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

because it's easier to live a life of sin then to turn to God and live according to His will rather than their own.
because people mock what they don't know are more comfortable in their pride of self.

it took me a while to come back to Christ -- it was much easier living the "high life" and a heck of a lot more fun. but finally my ears were opened and i realized it was Christ knocking on my heart - it wasn't easy to stop what i was doing and open the door - but i thank God everyday that I did!!

I don't put down deities, I don't know if they exist and won't believe I will for sure until after my death. As for Jesus of Nazareth I think he was a spiritual human but not divine. I don't feel that is putting either down.

Because sadly enough people are full of pride, selfishness, and ignorant of the truth. Jesus said that His followers would be persecuted, but that we're to love them anyway, despite their foolishness and apathy to the one way to God.

Maybe they are finally understanding that Jesus (peace be upon him) was after all a messenger a normal human being just like you and me and not God?
