It would have been a tragedy, and they'd probably have to tear the other one down anyway, because of all the structural damage the other one falling would cause to the foundation.

Less deaths and a huge possibility of rebuilding. It wouldn't have been as much of a blow to our country i think, but still a tragedy un-needed.
