Impeach means: 1.) The impeaching of a public official. 2.) The presentation of formal charges. 3.) Demonstration that a witness is less worthy of belief. President Richard M. Nixon. The two presidents who were impeached were: Andrew Johnson, who was Vice president to Abe Lincoln, and of course the infamous William (Bill) J. Clinton. No need to dig up his recent past (Monica may get upset, or Jennifer!).
