Tsalagiyi-Cherokee, Lakota-Sioux, Apache, Navaho, Hopi,Algonquian, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Nahuatl-Aztec, Quiché-Maya, Quechua-Inca, Matlazinca, Mazahua, Otomí, Mixtec, Zapotec, Zoque, Tzotzil, Cora, Pima, Tarahumara, Huichól, Purépecha, Inuit, Caribe, Hawaiian.

Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I know a few phrases in Cherokee and I know some words in Nahuatl. The Nahuas gave the world great words like: Tomato from tomatl, chocolate from xocolatl (although some argue that it comes from the Quiché xokol haa), chili and chile from xilli, and coyote from coyotl.
From the Caribes we get hurricane.

I do not know if Algonquian or Caribe are still spoken by anyone, the rest are.

Can immediately think of Cherokee, which was the first phonetically written language, but there's 100s of N.A. languages...many of them are linguistically referred to as 'isolates' meaning they aren't part of any language groups.

but here's just a few, Choctaw, Illini, Navajo, Apache and Cherokee. Inuit is spoken in Alaska.

In Mexico, outside of Spanish, there's about 100 other native languages spoken. The most popular is Nahuatl, also the language that the Aztecs spoke. In Mexico I can also think of Mixtec.

In South America the only native language that comes to mind is Guaraní, but undoubtedly there are hundreds.

I only bring up these languages because I have personally met someone that speaks them...so I can affirm for you that they are still 'living' languages.

This is hardly an exhaustive list but google knows best!

Go to the Ethnologue and start browsing the maps. You will find about a thousand Native American languages listed.
