Please hear this loud and clear: be bold, beautiful and bald. It is a natural, "with it" appearance, and you don't have to do a darn thing! When you come out of the pool, two hands, zip! zip! done. No hair to be a nuisance. Bald is beautiful. Sexy. Natural you. Use that money for something else, please. Transplants can be amusing (which is another way of saying disasterous). Especially if the plugs are too much in a row (you've probably seen them), and wigs always look like wigs. Just get used to being bald. My best friend Eddie is bald and he is one of the smartest, most natural people I know. He doesn't give it a second thought. Why would you wish to keep the company of anyone who would want you to go to any kind of length to dub with your natural condition? Be naturally bald. It's honest, totally straight up and healthy, too, by the way. I hope what I am encouraging you to do is not lost on you. It will save you a small fortune and you can still be your lovable, charming self that others will come to appreciate even more because you did not go to heroic lengths to satisfy some invisible standard that is only as established as a woman's whim - I mean, really. Take good care, now. Best to you always from, Chris in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A. (I am 63 years old. I tell the barber "Give me the six-month haircut. I don't want to have to come back in here for six months!" And he does! I get two haircuts a year. And people are generally very fond of me.)

Its all about confidence about how you feel. If it really bothers you about being bald then do something about it. But rather than spending £12,000.00 there is something else that you can do. A friend of mine (a girl) when she was pregnant, the hormone balance made her hair go bald on parts of her had, it did grow back but her hair was really fine and it bothered her. She did some research and went to a salon in Newcastle (nearest one to us) there are others I think there is two in London that do this type of hair. It is like a wig but it is glued on to your head. It does not move and you can have any colour and it can be cut to any style. It cost her originally £700.00 to buy, then she goes every 4 weeks to have it cut, because her hair still grows underneath. she can wash it, go swimming then every two years or so, she buys another one, cos it does start to look a bit shabby. You can't tell, its not like the wigs you used to get. They do not move and do not come off. She now has blonde shoulder length hair in a really nice style. it has done so much for her confidence, and it looks really good. Do some research before spending £12,000 on surgery that might not work.

£12,000 !! You're a fool if you spend that much on a hair transplant. I went bald in my mid-20s and it never stopped me from having an active social life, and girlfriends. Some women really liked the bald head.
Shave your head, let the top of your head get a bit of a tan, and be as bold as you like about it. Bald is beautiful, let nobody tell you different. Use the £12,000 to buy a nice car, perhaps a cabriolet, and let the wind blow through your hair.... errr.... mind!!

Why spend all that money on hair surgery, when you could use it to restyle yourself. Confidence comes from within. Personally when my bald patch got bigger, I decided to disguise it by shaving all the rest off. You would be surprised how many ladies can't resist touching a smooth shaved head. If you can grow a beard in the goatee style they go together well. But you must dress the part too. No bland untucked shirts, try something in the goth style, silk shirt, long jacket etc.

I'm 29 and "bald" too, I have read researches on the internet stating ladies prefer bald men. Truth is, whether you are as bald as an egg or as hairy as a sasquatch, how you stick you head up and the attitude that radiates from you is all that matters. Put the money into other use (e.g. professional courses, charity e.t.c)

going bald is natural, spend the money on a sports motorbike instead. the women will go for you big time. and you'll have more fun on a bike than you could imagine. hair replacement surgery isn't a proven medical alternative to natural hair

I think you have more money than sense!!!! hair shouldnt be a factor when it comes to meeting the right lady! Just be happy in yourself and you'll meet the right woman soon enough - and it wont bother her if you have hair or not!

I think any woman would prefer a man with no hair at all than one who has spent £12'000 on hair transplant surgery........and what if it doesnt work? You would be £12'000 down, depressed and still not have a girlfriend.
