Well.. I have kind of had that happen to me sometimes too. I think it is just that you are happy to see him and be around him. But you are afired you are going to say something dumb or look goofy so you just kind of like freeze. Sometimes i feel like it is hard to talk or breath. But that is just your nurves and mucles tighting up. Taking a deep breath helps for me and if i kind of tell myself that he is just a friend and just to relax it helps. Hope i have been of some help..

Okay, partially it's probably nerves. Excitement can cause the same response as the famous "fight or flight," since your body has only a few ways to respond to stress, whether it's good or bad. Nervous fluttering in the stomach, blushing (that's probably the blood rushing to your head), heart beat speeds up. It's just your body saying "Something's going on!" and getting ready in case you want to do something about it. What fun!

I can sort of answer this one physiologically. One of the most basic causes of sexual attraction is a chemical classified as pheromones. Everyone's body produces these but not everyone's body is receptive to each others pheromones. When you find someone whose pheromones ellicit a physiological response within you another chemical called dopamine(among others like seratonin)is released in your. brain. Dopamine is a compound that produces a euphoric feeling(not unlike narcotic drugs). It can make you light headed(swooning) and give you a "high" feeling in the chest.

That is adrenaline that is kicking in. Usually when a person is excited our primitive fight or flight response happens. Not that we want a fight or to run away, but this is how our bodies react. With some it is more intense than others and the adrenal gland produces more adrenaline. That's why!

Your flustered! Normal! Its just like blushing. Its a uncontrolled feeling that causes the pigments to react to situations that cause the heart to beat faster. It also causes dizziness, lightheartedness, and temporary memory loss. Your genetic bound.
