I'm asking this becuase my neighbors son he is like 17 or16 somewhere neir there and he is always doing that around 8:00 and it is nasty!!! I always have to close the curtains around 7:35.

Just close the curtains. You could call the cops if you really wanted to as he's not keeping it completely private.

You have a person that is stripping for exhibition. I would call the police have them drive by in an unmarked car and witness it. this is illegal. You should not have to be the one to shut the curtains he should be doing that. All he wants is to grab attention I hope you do not have any kids witnessing this if you do or have other neighbors that are witnessing this it also carries more weight.

He sounds like an exhibitionist to me. He probably like being look at which is a madd turn on for him.
Acts of sex or sexual pleasures should be done in privacy. But a lot of people get their rocks off by doing/trying different things which make it more exciting.
To answer your question, YES, i would most definitely be looking...I am getting bored with TV anyway. A little entertainment from a real life big screen is MADD!

Hmmm....... you should probably stop looking. Although if it is in plan sight you can complain. Call the cops on him, that would scar him for life. I mean yeah masturbation is normal but come on shut the shades.

Tell him not to throw any more windows. Seriously, I would look because he's a minor for one thing but also because he might notice I was looking and that would be creepy.

Does he realise you can see him? I think i would probably make sure he sees me watching him --- after that he'd surely draw his own curtain before he starts thus solving your problem.

well, sweeti. if you dont like him doing it why not you just go over there and tell him that whatever he does, you can see him through the window.day and night and if he could close his curtans,blinds.that will make him aware.

If I saw it, I may be inclined to shout "HEY!!! STOP THAT OR PULL THE CURTAINS!!
You could also call the police, but I wouldn't do that.. Maybe tell him you see that happening, and if it doesn't stop, you'll tell his parents?
