Thats how they make wine in prison, not real wine.

What kind of wine are you trying to make?
Do you have any idea of what quantities of each you're planing to use?
Citric acid is used to control the pH (if it's not acidic enough)
Orange juice...might be for color, sugar, acid, little bit of each
Teabags would be for color and a little bit of flavor and tannins
Sultanas would be for more sugar
Yeast nutrients are to help feed the yeast...it needs more than JUST sugar to thrive
Campden tablet are for killing the bad bugs before you add the wine yeast so that it doesn't get funky
Water is for volume and diluting the sugars so that they aren't too much for the yeast to handle.

2.Orange Juice for flavour and its'
natural Vit. C
3. Tea Bags for dispersant of its'
caffaine in to the wine stock and
also for coloring.
4. Sultanas, yeast nutrient and
campden tablets for fermentation,
flavour and added pungent smell.
5. Water is added in small quantity
for diluting the base and also to make
it is lessor strong and reduce bitterness.
