Your Mom should wait until she is emotionally and mentally ready to jump back into the dating game. Not sure how long she has been single but the best advice I can give is for her to take a little time to find and familiarize herself with her. Then once she feels she is ready to introduce someone new into her life that will be ther perfect time. When she is comfortable with herself.

I hope this isn't too confusing.

Good Luck, Goooo Mom!

I don't know her situation, but when my parents got split up, they were seperated in June, she waited a year to start dating. She felt that after 24 years of marriage, never having lived on her own because she lived with her mom until they got married, she should just be by herself and have a life without someone for a while.

If you dad passed away, sorry.

I really think that she should wait until she feels comfortable to date again. She should take some time to be on her own for a while, it will empower her to know that she can do it without having to have someone else be there. Then I think she should start dating. It all depends on the situation and how she's feeling.
