What foods can I eat to give me more stamina during school?

Complex carbohydrates are the best for stamina. Baked potatoes are a good example and include protein ( 3-4 ounces of chicken or turkey). Water is important and a multi-vitamin.

Well your supposed to have at least 8 small glasses of water everyday for energy. You also have to eat a big breakfast or something simple like cereal and milk and that will definetly get you pumped up. Don't eat too much or else you could throw up. If you do feel like that then slow down (don't run) and rub your stomach softly and take deep breaths. Trust me I know.

make sure you eat a well balanced breakfast and have a well balanced diet in general. regular exercise will also help increase energy levels.
