I like to make the first move when I feel the time is right. But I have had females make the first move on me. So either way is fine with me.

the question you should really be asking is to your self "do i like to make the first move?" cause that question seems like your looking for acceptance and maybe you would like to accept your self first... i on the other hand dont care who makes the first move...if im into them then its all good...
