I'm sorry you are jealous of the Hebrew people. They have said they are God's chosen people because God choose them to be His people. It's in the Holy Bible.
We can all be His children through Jesus Christ. Give you heart to Him, invite Him in...and it's a done deal.

Israel is a peaceful nation when dealing with many and most nations. She has the right to defend her boarders. She has a right to defend her people...and she has the right to destroy the enemy that wants so badly to destroy her!
There is nothing innocent about suicide bombers coming across her (Israel's) boarders and killing innocent Jews/Hebrew people. Funny you would say that it is Israel that is killing thousands of civilians (who would this be???) Palestinians and Lebanese.
I am sorry that the Lebanese people had to die because their government ALLOWED a terrorist group (supported by Syria and Iran) to move in and live among women and children...they used for human shields. What cowards!
It's a two way street. Talk with your government and let them know you are not happy with the way they treat Israel. If they will treat her with respect...she (Israel) will most likely do the same.

Might I lend you some understanding my friend? From what you have asked, I trust that you are a Christian of the Southern Evangelical variety? As far as I understand it Jesus died upon a cross, charged and found guilty by a legal Roman court of treason and charged of his own (Jewish) people - and yes, Jesus was both Jewish and Israeli. I understand that in Christian thinking this man died for your sins and that means that it was your sins that killed him. So where do all Jews come into the picture? As it is your religion, which even you don't know a great deal about and it is your hang ups. And I presume from what you have said that you believe that non-Jews are simply not smart enough to get top jobs in economics and business, well, I know some smart Christians. But I don't fear that they rule Israel.

How can Christians/Muslims claim to be of God when do so many awful things? How many wars have people of these two religions started? How many people have they killed?
What about all of the Jewish people Hezbollah has killed? Killing in retaliation does not make it ok. Isreal has no choice but to defend its country when it is attacked by other countries or terrorists. If they don't defend themselves they lose their country.
Not all companies who outsource to foreign countries are owned by Jewish people. Do your homework.

you are right. jews really do have a bloody history. except that it was the christians doing the killing, and it was always our blood that has been shed. judaism is a pacifist religion that believes the only justification for war is to defend ourselves. we have the most peaceful history of any abrahamic religion by far, yet STILL we can never seem to get anything right in the eyes of all you people. and people have the audacity to moan about us because we cling so desperately to israel. we cling so desperately to it because we NEED it so badly. we get killed and threatened everywhere we go. and after thousands of years of pogroms, and burnings, and holocausts, we are damn well going to fight for our very survival before we go extinct. the arabs invade our land and blow up our innocent civilian people (and theirs) in sneaky underhanded tactics, but still israel shows its honour by not doing the same. when we retaliate, we are merciful and drop leaflets warning civilians to leave in order to save their lives. when has anybody else shown us any similar courtesy? we don't give a **** if people whine at us because we defend ourselves - they would just find another reason to whine about us anyway.

I am no fan of Israeli policy, but why do you pick on them in particular? All those in the Middle East conflicts are killing civilians. At least the Jews are not taking it outside of the Middle East like the muslims who are causing mayhem all over the first world.
Really, if we are not directly involved in those conflicts we ought to try to be impartial, otherwise the situations are made worse.
Also, many Israelis lived alongside Arabs for decades and are really sympathetic to the Palestinian cause.

they didnt kill civilians any more than the palastinians tried to kill the israelis and at least the israelis were aiming at guns and terrorists rather than at innocent civilians like the lebanese were.

The Romans killed Jesus. Christians have killed more people than the Jews have anyway. Remember the Crusades, Inquisition, and general religious persecution?
Anyway, they claim to be "god's people" because that's what their scripture tells them. It's the same text that claims that Jesus was the son of god, so they should be taken with the same respect.
