A typical Catholic wedding usually includes a Mass which usually lasts an hour or so. If either one of the paticipants is not Catholic it would be a simple wedding, probably not longer than 20-30 minutes.

A typical Catholic marriage ceremony includes the Mass and Holy Communion (Eucharist) and will probably last about 1 1/4 hours depending on the amount of music involved.
With love in Christ.

Depends upon how many people attend and of those attending, how many receive communion. I have been to a few that lasted a little over an hour and a half, most are around an hour fifteen to and hour twenty.
(but really are not as boring as the other answers mention - and I am not catholic).

Too long. What is the point of boring everyone to tears at a wedding? It is in poor taste to have an overly long or overly religious ceremony when many of the people you invited are not of your religion.

As long as a Mass (usually about one hour) plus the Sacrament of Marriage (dunno how long that takes).
