No that doesn't. That means that you truly do love her and care about what happens in her future and that your main concern for her is to be happy, be it with you or with someone else. That's real and she's very lucky to have a guy like you in her life, regardless of what she feels in return.

That statement does not sound stupid its very true. Also u need to ask her if she love u because if not she might end up breaking your heart. You need to find that out ASAP. Also if she does not depending how long u known her u need to move on. If you to been together 4 a long Time mostly she does if not think again. Remember love is nothing but a emotion of the mind as soon as u have it the slower it will be to get out your heart, but it can be done move on if need be most likely u wasn't meet to be with her. What ever the out come its for the best. ;-)

No, it's a sign of real love, love that is so commonly lost in our modern day society, a love that I've seen few people in my life have, so first, I commend you for who you are as a person to find real love in a culture where fakeness and vaniety so often preveil. Second of all, it's not stupid at all. I actually sort of became a relationship consellour between the girl that I loved and one of my very good friends who got together shortly after the girl had said no to me, and I cared for her and wanted the best for her, so if this was the boy she wanted to be with, I would try my best to make sure it worked out. In the end, thanks to many countless issues, it didn't work out, but all three of us are still friends. You love her, and you want the best for her, and if the best thing in her life isn't with you, then that's fine, there will be more, and there will be at least one that needs you to live the best she can, and she will come, and it will work out, because there are only so many people out there that you can feel this way about, and you'll find at least oen who'll love you like that too, so despite the outcome in the end, dont' try to achieve makign he ryour girlfriend, getting a kiss or whatever, tyr to make a positive influence on her life, for if you love her, you want to be remembered by her, for the rest of her life, for making her life happier, stronger, better, and you will. Love is not about meaningless nouns and titles, it is about the connection between two human beings.

True love means you're more interested in the other person's happiness than your own and, if they find more happiness without you than with you, then, yes, you want them to have it even if it's torment for you.
But loving someone is NEVER any indication that they will love you back. In fact, some people's personalities make it impossible for them to love a loving person. In truth, they can't "love." Instead, they may become obsessed with someone or fixated on someone but they tend to pick someone who is not going to love them back, either someone emotionally unavailable or abusive.
So, good luck, hope she doesn't hurt you but, if she does, just remember that everyone's different and just because this one person didn't fall for you doesn't mean you're not loveable. It just means she wasn't the right person for you.

You can absolutely positively love someone with them having absolutely positively no love for you. If every person had to love the person that loved them, people would be with others that they didn't really care about.
I don't think you wanting to see her happy, even without you, is stupid at all. It's actually very sincere and kind and shows that you care about her.

It's not stupid, but you have to realize that being loved by the person you love will make you infinitely happier than just this girl's happiness will. So although it's fine to love her and be happy for her even if she doesn't love you, you should keep looking for a girl who will love you.
Good luck :)

No, but is it true? Deep down inside you are really wishing that she will be with you. You will be unhappy if she isn't with you. There is nothing wrong with hoping someone you care about has a good life.
But give it a few years. You probably will have a girlfriend you love and won't even think about this girl.
