well its pritty obvious that he is quite needy...i cant really tell you what to do but i can make a suggestion...if you know where your boundaries stand then just be up front with him...sorta like " hey i do like you and you seem like a cool person that i want to get to know but your over reacting and acting as if we are already a couple",or " im sorry but you barley even know me i dont believe that you really miss me, maybe you miss the thought of who you think i am."...something close to those but not quite im sure you already have an idea of what you want to say. See i believe that he is looking to you to fill his void of lonelyness and also so that he knows he is a cool guy he really wants to date you...most guys who are really cligy like that, are depandant(going off of others reactions, dont really know who they are, dont really have thier own feelings, look at others reactions before they make a decision) and looking for someone who is co-dependant (someone who needs someone to depend on them, ect.) usually these are the types of relationships that turn ugly such a mental abuse, physical abuse, and so on...

You better tell him now because if not 3 or 4mths down the line you may find he is not for you, its best to be honest with someone before hurting their feelings become an issue. I wish i only used my same advise, because i am a person who takes peoples feelings in consideration over mine sometimes and that can become a personal/psychological problem in the future

Just tell him he's being REAL clingy. Give him that much info. Maybe you're his first gf/ first date? Educate him.

he's probably infatuated...! this is pretty serious and he'll just need time and separation to get over it... good luck.
