Anywhere from 8 to 16. Obviously depends on how you cut it. Make it as close to 16 as you can. This way, the portions are smaller *hence enforcing a smaller intake of calories and fat for you and your dinner guests* and also so that you can enjoy the cake longer!

It all depends on how rich your cheese cake is. because some of them a so rich and delicious that a wedge would be too much to handle. So I would think you could get any where from 8 to 12 depending on how you cat the cake.

Six slices if it a plain cheese cake.

Eight slices if you are serving a cheese cake with berries, nuts, etc. on top.

The average serving size would yeild 8 servings...you could also go cheap and make it 16 or even smaller!!!

for a real big fat guy who likes alot a little slices maybe 200 with a real sharp knive
