ok. I love making people laugh. Its my thing. But if I say something that everyone else laughs at he just says why are u trying to be funny? or that wasnt funny.

wow i totally used to have the same problem....i just confronted him about it and i told him that's how i am and you should like me for me.....he ended up seeing it from my perspective and laughing along w/ ppl in the end

Seriously.... i'm guessing your boyfriend is jealous of the attention you get. I've had that before from a "friend" that liked to be the center of attention... whenever I stole that attention from him by making a joke...he would give me crap for it. He just thought he should be the one that everyone likes and pays attention to. If i were you...I'd have a talk with him. He should know you like to make jokes, and if he is going to keep giving you crap about it... then there will be issues. Better yet... the next time you 2 have sex.... tell him...."r u even trying?" "maybe you should put a little more effort into this". "Don't you know how to make a girl ***?". See how he likes it.
If its a case of a bad sense of humor.... seriously... i would find another bf. Imagine this going on for the rest of your life! lol. oops.... i shouldn't laugh. If he can't laugh at jokes...he either takes himself WAY too seriously... or he has absolutely no sense of humor. Do you really want a life filled with so little laughter?

No offence, but it sounds like your boyfriend is a real jerk.
He's a control freak and a VERY jealous guy from the sounds of it. He does not want others laughing at you because he's jealous and trying to hold you down.

He sounds like an control freak!I know that's your boyfriend and you will probally hate me for saying that but really if you having fun and that makes he mad he's not the best thing for you.He should wont you to be happy.

Well personally i would tell him to stick it up his @**. Is he super insecure around you? Maybe he feels threatened by the fact that you can interact with other people.
