there's no real age 'limit.' You can put it on your driver's license until you're a hundred years old if you like
That being said, the odds that they'd harvest the organs of a person over the age of fifty is very slim. The younger the better, but that isn't a rule set in stone (if you're remarkably healthy and over a certain age, who knows--i'm not a transplant surgeon, i can't comment with 100% assurance).
but as it may be that you're asking about a younger age limit--16 minimum with parental consent (goes without saying really).

Not that I know of. When my Nephew died he was only 2 and they used both his kidneys in 2 different other kids his age.

there is not age limit. but if you are under 18, you must have your parents signature. go to the DOT and theyll give you free brochures

no - 'cause GOD forbid sumthin happened to your child - you can decide to donate their organs. if ur talking about u and u don't have a driver's license - tell ur parents if u want to or not.
