You could start by being a peeping tom that way you will get to know the local police force very well.Then why not move on to stalking as this is very good training and meet more chaps from the local force you will soon build up a reputation and in no time at all you will be a private D I C K.

Try yellow pages. I would suggest a few years in the police would be good start
