It's my sisters boyfriend's birthday next week and between us we can't think of anything to buy for him!! So can anyone suggest anything-preferably guys that you would appreciate if a girl bought you, or girls that have bought presents for guys that have been satisfied with their present.................Thank you!

Yeah that's a tough one! I usually go to a men's gift shop.
But these are a few suggestions:
1)A good bottle of wine
2)If you know who/what he reads and that he hasn't got it yet... a novel is always a winner!
3)Tick-tack-toe. He might never use it, but it is nice for display!
4)A fire lighter for BBQ
5)A model car (toy) of his favourite racing car/team (For some reason men like that!?)
6)A book on something outdoor like hiking, camping, fishing or some water sport.
7)A CD Voucher. But put it in a CD cover with a print of the band/singer he likes the least! For instance, if he hates Britney Spears, put a copy of her latest release in the cover and then inside the voucher too. He'll think he gets a CD of her... then watch his face! :)
8)Multi tool in the form of a key chain. Very useful.
9)A torch. Men can never have enough of those!
10)Navy towels. Something they always appreciate.

Depends on how much you can spend and what kind of person he is. For most guys any cool electronic device would be good. Check to see if he has a portable DVD player or an MP3 player. Do not buy him clothes, cologne, jewelry, etc. Stick with electronics, tools, games, gadgets, etc.

For tech savvy guys there's this wireless keyboard the size of a deck of cards on iwoot.com. it projects the keys using lasers on to any surface and you touch the keys to type. its so cool i want one!
