HOT bubble baths, chocolate chip ice cream (if I'm super sad add some coca cola to it!) a good cry, talking it out with a close friend, long walks (be sure to look up at the sky, so you'll realize you are part of a big universe!)a good tear jerker movie, immediately followed by a comedy that makes me LOL, and last but not least, prayer.
If you are sad I hope you'll feel better soon.

I am manic depressive, and while medication keeps me pretty even, there are days I just can't make myself want to get out of bed. But I always do because a day is just a day and no matter how long I seem to feel that life is pointless, life is always changing, and so will your feelings. If nothing else, buying makeup is a silly, but effective way to make yourself feel better.

Watching this movie does it for me.. "A Walk in the Clouds" Makes me cry , laugh and cheer.. throws out any other emotion I might be feeling. Keanu Reeves, Anthony Quinn and a few more actors are in it.. Hope it helps. If not.. go for a long hard walk.

I'd say listening to some good Music, Talking with my Grandma and my best friend. Somtimes I go to the grociery store and get some really cool food to make, have a glass of wine and chill out.
I tend to gravitate towards myself and what makes me happy.

The beauty of nature, the sound of the gulls, a massage, doing something nice for someone less fortunate than I....Hope you feel better. Sometimes you just have to do the basics: Eat, sleep, be kind to yourself.

Take a jog or a nice long bubble bath. You can also read a book, getting wrapped up in the character's problems may help to to forget about your own for a while.

I go to a church, sit far from any person, pray and cry, crying in church relieves the pains, the sadness goes with your trears and frustrations fades with a new hope.
Then I just sit there for hours..Till you fill regain yourself.

You think of people that are so much worse off than you. Then you take it a step further and try to make a difference in their lives. Trust me, not only will this make you feel rewarding ... this will make you feel much better too!
