if you don't go to the doctor, can they be cured by themselves

no they cannot be cured for say once u have them u always have them unless surgically removed although at times they may not be as prominent as at other times. U might notice them more after sitting for a long period of time or straining to use the bathroom.......also depending on ur sex (didnt pay attention earlier) if u get pregnant that can also make them worse

you're much better off going to a doctor. The odds of them going away on their own are not so hot. Some people even require surgery to remove them.
If you want to get them treated appropriately, if they don't go away within a few days, you should get them looked at by a doctor.

Yes, they can...you can take sit baths (put about an inch of warm/hot water in the tub and sit in it) and get hemorrhoid cream.
