and collected all the time!! and also his personality change all the time and he also have a obsession with perfectionism and superficial image!! in your opinion you think a person like this its not a normal persona with mental problems???

He has Obsessive, Compulsive Disorder and needs medication.

He's probably a person with a mental condition. The lady in the movie "Bee Season" had a similar type problem. It's usually a form of obsessive compulsive disorder, but only a psychiatrist could diagnosis for sure.

My uncle was like this. He had two houses full of stuff he found on the side of the road. You could not even get into one house.
He came to visit us one night, at 3 AM, his car was STUFFED inside and out with junk he collected. He had STREET SIGNS and STOP signs roped on the top of his car.
Being 13 at the time and a good "devil streak" inside, I called the police, they came and arrested him for stealing all those street signs; from 4 STATES!
He never banged on our front door at 3 AM ever again!
Reason why; he wanted breakfast.
Like Jack Nicholson says in the movie "As Good as it Gets;"
"go peddle your crazy somewhere else. We are all stocked up here."

Define "no value". I'd bet that there are things that you consider precious that I'd throw away. Vice-versa, as well. There are these things called speed washers that are literally worth their weight in gold to select skateboarders, while other skaters barely know what they're for, and any non-skater would consider them less valuable than last week's newspaper. He may have mental issues, but not necessarily as bad as you think.

Yes. My mom is like that, and yes, she is absolutely crazy. These people definitely have mental problems.
