Your bladder can hold 473 milliliters of urine at one time.
This is one of the things that stuck with me through life.....

Eventually the urge will over take you and you will lose control of your bladder. Either that or when you fall asleep your muscles will relax and you will end up peeing everywhere.
The record for holding urine is 27 hours by a man in Scotland. He accomplished this by limiting the amount that he drank but even with a decreased amount, he still ended up urinating when he fell asleep.

1 time, I held it through an entire hockey game! It was about 2 half hours!

you do know holding for a long time is bad for you, it not a game to see who can hold it the longest !!

i can hold it for about 1 hr 4 hrs the most.

a good 12 hours ive held it for dont like going to public toilets me mum said i will be usin tenna lady if i carry on lol
