You don't see women shave their legs, and draw it back in. You don't see women tweez away the uni-brow, then draw it back in. You don't see men shave, then draw it back in. .... It just doesn't make sense!?!

I have no clue what they are thinking when they do that. If their eyebrows are bushy pluck them and shape them. Unless, they went to go get them waxed and the person who waxed them messed up and they ended up with the permanent surprised look on their face.

Sometimes when your tweezing you can take off more hair than you intended, so some people just draw the rest in to fix the shape.

They tweeze out hairs that are sparse but sometimes need to fill in gaps or bald spots. Maybe they are just adding colour.

oh my god it is so funny you asked that question. I am a woman but that is one thing i don't get about other women... i have no idea why in the hell they do that and i hate it...it looks so bad. My guess will be they are not happy with their natural eyebrows so they have to come up with fake one!

Because they think that it looks better then their actual eyebrows. It is mostly done with elderly woman now who's eyesight is to poor to get an even line with their actual hair.

we are trying to achieve a certain shape, we pluck the unwanted hairs and stencil in areas that are sparse. Silly boy
