You got a lot of different responses to your question, and so I will try to clarify things for you.
Liar (male) = shak-RAN
Liar (female = shak-ra-NIT
It doesn't matter if you write it with a "q" or a "k" in the middle, because is sounds the same. The English spelling is irrelevant.
Nothing = "KLUM" or "SHUM da-VAR"
These two are mostly used interchangeably, with a few exceptions. If would be helpful to know the context in which you need to use this word.
Note: In the Hebrew transliterations above, I capitalized the syllables that should be accented.
