I'm going to give you a technical answer here because my feelings on the subject of eating cats would only be abusive and get me reported.
Cats should be harvested young, around 6 to 9 months of age before they develope their full musculature and become too tough to work with without 12 hours in the fridge with a marinade. I would recommend dicing the meat prior to cooking and adding plenty of spices to reduce the "game" flavour. Onions should go complimentary with cat, as well as fresh pressed garlic.

The killing and eating of cats is illegal in the United States. If you think that this behavior is ok then maybe you should go back to where you came from.
