I went out with this kid for a little bit just to see if we could consider long time. It didnt work out and he accepted it and now is like stalking me. He calls my house once or twice a week and leaves the same message every time. Its seriously annoying how do i get him to stop. thanks in advance.

you should be able to call the phone company and put a block on receiving calls from that number but then he could just use a different phone to get around it if he does then you have a case of harassment and could contact the police to get involved especially if it makes you uncomfortable and are worried he may take more drastic measures if you don't want to go that route. When he calls and you are home treat him like a telemarketer and either pick up and hang up or put the phone next to the radio playing some bad country music that should do the trick. If he is under 16 have your mom or dad talk to his parents and have then take care of it if that doesn't do the trick talk to an officer about more drastic measures. Good Luck

You can't get a restraining order against him unless he is leaving threats or calling several times a day every day. If you have asked him to stop calling and he won't then have your mother tell him to stop. If that does not work then your mother needs to call his parents and talk to them. If that does not work then you can go to the police and tell them everything he is doing and everything you have tried to make him stop. It sounds like that even though he says that he has accepted it he hasn't and that he still likes you. Sometimes 15 yr. old boys are thick headed about girls and if he really likes you he may think that if he tries real hard you will start liking him again. Tell him again that he is a nice guy but you just don't feel that way about him. But be nice about it. Rejection is hard for anyone. Think how you would feel if it was the other way around. Good Luck

Tell him firmly to stop calling. You aren't interested. You're sorry that he feels hurt or whatever. But tell him to stop. It's probably not that serious. He'll probably get bored and stop.
If he still persists in stalking you, change your number, change your habits.Make sure all your friends and family know that he is not suppose to contact you in any way . Make sure they don't give out where you're going to be and/or your new contact info.
Some stalker ex boyfriends can be unstable or even dangerous. My sister's stalker ex boyfriend still calls (Whenever he finds out she's in town... It's been 13 years) to try to figure out where she is. He's done horrible things and keeps calling to ask for forgiveness. Some days we wish he would just burn in hell. But if he wants to be forgiven he should seek some counseling and let it go.

Stalker laws differ state by state. If it gets too annoying, you need to involve the police. Find out what your legal options are. Here in Canada you can file a Peace Bond, that restrains one person from contacting another.

Your are doing too much. He is not stalking you, if you go to the police it's guaranteed that they will laugh in your face. You need to figure out the definition of a "stalker" lil girl. Also, him calling you does not qualify as being a threat to your life. Get a life and don't flatter your self...my gosh! Just cal him and say "look, u ****** stop calling my house, i don't want your azz no damn more!!"
Plain and simple. I don't know why u people have to over do everything! It ain't that serious.

If you never call him back eventually he will get the hint...
You could also say your parents are angry that boys call the house, and he's getting you in trouble...
Make something up... or tell him to stop calling you like some psycho stalker...

I had a very similar problem. Talk to your parents about how it's effecting you, I'm sure they'll then be willing to change numbers. Or you could call the police and have them talk to this kid, explain that you don't want to talk to him, and that he's got to stop. If he doesn't take it seriously I'm sure he's parents would.

There are laws in place that can protect you. Before you go that route, however, you might tell him you are considering calling the police. This may be enough to scare him off.
If it doesn't work, report him. You should not have to put up with his nonsense.

You can call the Police and get him for harassment. You can also get a restraining order against him...it's like a Peace Warrant. IF he calls or comes near you..he gets arrested.
