'throwing raspberry at me '

I'm not British, but I watch allot of BBC. Throwing raspberries is the same as hurling insults.

**** over elbow – head over heels or clumsy

Most people have no idea what a CV is. They see this in the window of a shop and just look at it blankly. It's a resume … CV is Latin for Curriculum Vitae

Lastly, the word "bling" has been in use for years in the UK … American's just caught on to it about five years ago.

possibly you mean 'blowing a raspberry', which is just making a rude-sounding noise by blowing through your mouth, using your tongue. Usually done in jest, to be rude in a funny way with a friend.
