Well, I might think of how long ago it was that I last was in a relationship in which I and my girlfriend were intimate sexually.

I might think of an attractive woman or my desire to be in a relationship with someone and of how wonderful it can be to be sexual with someone who wants to be sexual (preferably in a committed relationship).

Or I might think of how the word is misused in place of the word gender.

Why or why, I wonder, are you asking this question; for that matter, what do you think of when you hear the word sex?

Hmm...someone mentioned not having sex for about a year or more. How about over 10 years without sex...?

my husband. I hear the word sex, and my mind does like a flash back lol, I think/see all of the awesome dirty things we have done lol.

nothing by just hearing the word. I have herd it so much that it does not matter anymore. Sex is a normal work, just like penis and vagina.
